1 Peter 1: 17- 21,  ”And if ye call on the Father, who without respect of persons judgeth according to every man’s work, pass the time of our sojourning here in fear: Forasmuch as ye know that ye were no redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers;  But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:  Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you,  Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God.”

I have been in convocation about many different doctrines but the one doctrine that almost always gets the royal brush off is the Message of the Cross, the New Covenant, Christ & Him Crucified and the Cross of Christ; these are all synonymous for the Gospel. Yes the same Gospel the LORD God told Adam and Eve after the Fall in Genesis 3: 15, the same Gospel the Lord told Abram in Genesis 12: 1- 3, and the Gospel the LORD God of Israel told the children of Israel throughout the Old Testament. God instituted and established the Mosaic Law and Sacrificial System of Worship as a means to point to Christ and His Atoning Work on Calvary’s Cross.

I think the main reason why most ministers don’t like or understand the Message of the Cross is because it shows how deep sin goes. It shows how deeply entrenched the Sin Nature goes as it regards our heart. Our enmity towards God and the Things of God pulls us down to the lowest depth of human imaginations. The Doctrine of the Cross was formed in the Mind of God in Eternity Past as proved by 1 Peter 1: 19 & 20. If there was a lamb slain at the foundation of the world for the sins of mankind before we showed up, then why would allow any other doctrine to the bases of our ministers? Meaning if you preach anything other than a Bloody Savior, you are not preaching the Gospel. You are preaching another Jesus.

Because of Adam’s disobedience to the Word of God regarding the Tree of the Knowledge of Good & Evil he plunged mankind into the sin riddled, God hating, death clutching people we are today. Now because of this we have to taste physical death, but the Lord in has mercy has made provision, a means of escaping the full and total separation from Him. And this is only found in Christ Jesus. On the Cross the Lord Jesus stood in the gap from fallen mankind by giving Himself as sacrifice to satisfy the Righteous demands of a Thrice Holy God. Only self- righteous ministers teach and preach other doctrines as means of Salvation and Sanctification or additives for Salvation and Sanctification, and they did this because they don’t understand the Weight of the Cross or they know and don’t want to believe that we are that depraved. But at the core is self, we want to help God with His Work in our lives so we can have so bragging rights.

Our text shows that God doesn’t need us getting in the way of His Work in us. When He needs us to do something for Him He will ask. If you have personal relationship with God through Christ Jesus, He will tell us what He expects from His Servants. Good masters always tell their servants their will and wants. So since we serve the Great Master, the Lord of host, He is well able to position us towards His Will.

All false doctrines base themselves in rules and rituals as a means of Salvation and Sanctification. And most ministers and ministries use elements of the Bible to back their lies then place anything and anyone that does agree with them in the realm of the Anti-Christ and that they preach and teach lawlessness. At the Fall of Man in Genesis 3, the Lord cursed the serpent with the Good News of the SEED, so why would we (in our still fallen condition) teach and preach anything other then what the LORD God cursed the enemy with and blessed us in?

The big fisherman Simon Peter was the first to call the Lord the Christ, he also preached the first message of the church, and it was to him the Lord gave our text. The LORD showed Peter what He did at the foundation of the world. And if we can’t see this simple truth then false doctrine plays more into our ministries than the Foundation Doctrine of the Slain LAMB of God.

Romans 10: 4, “For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.”NASB

This verse is the end of a paragraph but we can still glean the truth from it. It speaks to what you believe, or better where you place your faith. Christ the end; in Pauline epistles when Christ is used we have to understand that the Holy Spirit through Paul is referring to the Life, Death, & Resurrection of Jesus Christ. Consequently, in the same such epistles the phrase in Christ, by Christ, or through Christ refers to Christ’s Atoning work on Calvary’s Cross.  In order to be found righteous or just by God one has to have lived up to the Letter of the Law from birth to the other end of eternity w/out one infraction; in thought or deed. Simply put, you have to be sinless and perfect according to the Righteousness of the LORD God. Now who among us can boost such a life?

The Lord Jesus is the only One born that could have done this because He was born w/out a Sin Nature even though He did have the ability to sin, He did not. The one thing we have to understand is the LORD never placed a power source inside the Law; ceremonial, sacrificial, or moral, to get us do it or to make us righteous. The only thing the law can do is point out a violation of it. The Law says ‘Don’t lie.’, but we still do whether by mistake or on purpose. But the Lord never lied once in the 33 and half years He lived among us. Another meaning for telos is met and completed; in the Greek telos carries the meaning that someone came to the end of task and completed it i.e. a job well done. And Voice from Heaven said, “This is My Son in Whom I am well pleased.”

The Lord’s atoning work on Calvary shows how He met and completed His Work as the spotless unblemished Lamb of God per the sacrificial system mapped out in Leviticus. The Holy Spirit through Paul’s pen is speaking to Israel in Romans 9, 10, & 11. The entire body of legislation giving to Moses by the LORD God at Mt. Sinai point directly at the Lord Jesus Christ, He fulfilled the Law totally and completely.

Now as for the last four words; … to everyone that believes. Do we believe that Christ Jesus met every point of the Law, in its totality? Do we think that we have to do something or that there is one thing that He didn’t met and or complete? The Lord of host said it first in Habakkuk 2: 4, ‘Behold the proud, he soul is not upright in him; but the just shall by his faith.’ The Apostle Paul repeated it twice and it’s in Hebrews so there has to be some weight to it; FAITH. Simple child- like faith that Christ is Lord of your life and Saviour of your soul because of what He did at that old rugged cross. Is He your Righteousness or is there yet something you have to do to please a thrice Holy God? GOD either sees you in the Law or in Christ; just take one.

True Story: When my son was about 10 months old he woke up about 2:00 am w/ a small rash on his neck. It was just one of those things that happen to babies but as for a new father, ‘I was scared.’ Momma couldn’t calm him & she started to get scared and was ready to take him to the hospital.

I took my son into the living room; I wet his neck with some cool bath rag and dry it. He was still crying, so I did the only thing I knew how to do when I get sacred; I prayed. “Lord God, please help me. My little man is troubled by something and I don’t understand why the rash is there. His Momma is ready to the hospital but I coming to you first. Your Word said You will move for the righteous that are in Your Son’s name. Please hear the prayer of this father, Holy Father. This is my only begotten; I place him at Your Feet for healing. In the name of Jesus, Amen.”(No that was not word for word but you get the jest.).

Then I started to sing. I can’t explain why but all I knew was I had one thing on my mind, that was the Lord Jesus and His Healing Power. The song I started to sing was ‘Something About The Name Jesus’ by Kirk Franklin & Rance Allen Group. Now I can’t sing like Brother Rance and at the time I didn’t know all the words so I just kept singing the chorus; Something about the name Jesus, it is the sweetest name I know. Oh how love the name Jesus; it is the sweetest name I know.”

I just kept singing it. AJ was crying, I was holding him tight in my arms and singing over and over and over and over and over. Then AJ wasn’t crying but I was still singing. I saw AJ was sleep and at rest, his little neck was healed. But I couldn’t stop singing.

Now you can call me crazy but I know that I know that I know that the Holy Spirit was in my living room; He healed my son, comforted me and made His Presence known. I call on the name of Jesus and the Creator of All came into our little one bedroom apartment & did what He said He would do, ‘If you ask anything of the Father in My name, I will do.’

Now I’ve told that story inside of many discussions on the correct way we should the name of Jesus. And the only thing I am asked is to explain to me why the Lord moved on my account if I said His name wrong? And what does this have to do with Salvation & Sanctification? Why do we play God like he doesn’t know our heart? You say Yahshua and I say Jesus but we are both talking about the Lamb of God, right?

I am at perfect agree w/all you Brothers & Sisters, America sits in place of such apostasy she thinks no one can see that she has turned her back on God and continues to worship images of her own hands. But too much of cries, the blame should and is placed at the Door of the Church. Yes, I said the Church; we are called to the Salt & Light of the world. If the salt loses it savor it should be thrown out and when the light loses its brilliance darkness rules. These are the words of Christ Jesus not Ambe; the Salt is uses to stop corruption & darkness retreats in the presence of Light. But as you see the Church has left her first Love; the Lord Jesus Christ and has started to ‘sweetheart’ with others gods calling them Jesus.

The Old Testament is raffled through with types and shadow of such; Hosea is a great book showing the spiritually adultery I am referring to. Hosea 4: 1- 6, is the LORD God’s charges against Israel but we can also place these same charges at the feet of the Church. The Church has continued in her teaching and preaching of another Jesus to the point where you can put 5 Christians in a room and get 5 different versions of the Gospel. This shows how much the Preachers don’t know the Message of the Cross, which is the Gospel. Whether anyone wants to agree or not the Lord Jesus came to die for the sins of the world and redeem mankind back into the Presence of the LORD God per Genesis 3: 15. Adam lost this position for us but Christ got it back for us on the Cross of Calvary; for all those that believe. The Church of America has sounded like the Church of Laodicea for a few generations now and her sins have reached the Throne of God and are meant with severe chastisement.

America does not need a National Day of Prayer; we are need of National Repentance in the form of placing our Faith back to the Old Rugged Cross and our first love the Lord Jesus. I have been shot down for my position and voice in saying America is no longing Christian nation but nation that calling herself a Christian; yes there is a different. Christian Nations don’t abort their babies, ill- educate their children, allow homosexually marriage to be argued in the courts, & I could go on but we get the picture. Galatians 5: 22- 26 shows the Fruit of the Spirit but we show more of the works of the flesh vv. 19- 21.

If our Preachers would only preach & teach the Grace of God, Message of the Cross, Christ & Him Crucified, the Gospel of the Lord Jesus, and the New Covenant, which are one and the same; we wouldn’t have so much violence in the land. The Church needs a better of understanding of the Parable of Jesus and Romans 6, 7, and 8 so she can shine as the Bride of Christ in presence of this perverse generation.

When I studied the Sabbath from Exodus 31: 12- 18 it clearly told the children Israel to observe the Sabbath. Now I am a Gentile, the son of Gentile, the son of Gentile, etc., etc., etc.; and whenever I try to live up to the letter to the Law I only give power to my dormant Sin Nature. The Law being any rule I try to follow to gain the Righteousness that was bought by the Blood of Jesus, Romans 6 & 7.

Galatians was a rebuking letter written to Gentile Christians, in what we call Northern Turkey, about starting off in the simply child- like Faith of Christ crucified then trying to incorporate Law. Beloved, it’s not about pitting the LORD God, the Lord Jesus & the Apostle Paul at one another. The LORD God gave the entirety of the Law- ceremonial, moral, & sacrificial so that Israel as well as the world (if they were paying attention) a laser pointer to the Lord Jesus. The Lord Jesus said in Matthew 5: 20, “For I say to you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will not enter the kingdom of heaven.”(NASB) Meaning unless we have the imputed righteousness of the Lord we will never the Promise of Genesis 3: 15. Paul the apostle said in Galatians 2: 21, “I do not frustrate the Grace of God: for if righteousness came by the Law, then Christ is dead vain.”(KJV)

Has it ever dawn on anyone that the LORD gave one law, ‘Don’t eat of the Tree of Knowledge of Good & Evil.’ & we couldn’t do that? Here’s the thing; do you want to be seen in Christ Adherence to the Law or your adherence? I love the Law of the God and delight myself in His Will but I have, as much of the Church, found out what Paul found, ‘the good that I would do I do not but the evil I hate that’s what I do…’ And this is because when I try to live the Letter of the Law it only ignites my dormant Sin Nature and I find myself crying w/ hot tears, ‘O wretched man that I am!!!!! Who can save me from this Death????’ This is why God gave us the Law, to bring us to the point where we see our wretchedness. If you can’t see this little item, you will.

Angels bow before Him; Heaven and Earth adore Him; what a mighty GOD we serve. The Law of God was our schoolmaster to bring to the foot of the Cross where you see how sinful we are, to the point where the Lord GOD had to wrap Himself in Flesh and die a horrible death on the Cross to justify all those that place their Faith in Christ so we can come boldly to the Throne of God. So then this allows the Holy Spirit the latitude in our lives to teach us how to live soberly which is in relation toward ourselves, righteously as it relates towards others, and godly in our relationship w/ the LORD: Prayer Life, Study of the Word & mediation of the Word, and Church Life- our attends and servant hood. Denying ungodliness has to do with our heart and worldly lust is our ability to live in the world and not of the world, per Titus 2: 11- 13. Before you say you are living in the realm of Law, the Law demands perfection from your first breathe to the other side of eternity. Christ Jesus is doing it, are you?

Now with all this said I have no problem with anyone as it regards their personal relationship w/ God through Christ Jesus, whether you observe the Sabbath, Feast of the Tabernacle, or the like but my beef as it were is the open face condemning judgment of those that do it as if your observance makes you holier than those of us who don’t. The Holy Spirit through Paul said in Colossians 2: 16- 18, ‘Christ did the work on His Cross and that meat, drink, all holy days, new moon feast and Sabbath days are just shadows of the Body of Christ. And allow no man, woman, or child to steal our reward bought w/ the Blood of the Lamb in the performance of vain prideful flesh.’(Expository paraphrase) And if I missed something, the Lord Jesus told all of us not to judge each other unless we get the pole out of our eye and then worry about the speck in our brother or sisters’ eye.

Sometime in meditation a phrase will run through my mind until I can’t think pass it. Well in the case of this phrase, ‘He humbled Himself’, has been jogging across my thoughts for a about a week or so. First let’s replace the pronoun so we know who He is, the Lord Jesus. The Lord Jesus humbled Himself. This brings us to what should be the bases for all of Christendom, the Christian humbled them self.

The Christian’s life style should be one of humility, in essence taking the low road to thought, attitude and action. Our thoughts should be on what are good, just, right, and holy meaning; we should have the constant understanding of how we got to where we are through the Blood of the Lord Jesus shed on Calvary’s cross. Our attitude is how we perceive ourselves and our relationship towards others; whether they are saved or not. When we come in contact with somebody do we feel like they are wasting our precious time with little world’s problems? Christ shed His Precious Blood because of our little sin problem. Sidebar: Beings though we are bought with HIS Son’s Blood our time is not our own. A slave’s time is the Master’s Time. So who’s to say that the LORD God Himself didn’t put us in that place to minister a kind word to that person or to lend a hand to that problem?

Our actions are so important because we are the light and salt of the world. Light in an ever darkening world, Salt to a world full of corruption; we are being watched. The Old Saints use to sing a song called ‘Order My Steps in Your Word’. This needs to be the anthem of the saints in this present age. We have come to the point where we just check- in with God from time to time to tell Him what we want. To live a life of true humility in Christ Jesus we have to not feel the Cross Experience when we get saved and at Easter but as Paul said, ‘I die daily’. There needs to a dying of self, daily. John the Baptist told his disciples that he need to decrease so that Jesus come increase. John saw that Jesus humbled Himself and in correct actions he humbled himself.

There is such self- exhalation in the Church today that it sickens me. How dare we vaunt ourselves to a place superiority when God had wrap Himself in corrupting flesh, live a peasant’s life for 33 and half years just to end up dying a torturous death on Calvary. For what? So we can live a life in His Presence. In closing the expounding of this phrase from Philippians 2: 8 is, “…. Christ the Lord voluntarily laid down His Express of Deity to save a wretch like me…”

From what I can understand about Genesis, it that God has a lot of creation information to get across to us as it regards the origins of the world we live in. Chapter 1 moves fast because to explain the actually creation of the things of the world would not do much for us, seeing that we don’t have the capability nor the understanding to create something from nothing.
If I remember correctly it was Dr. Adrian Rodgers who said, “The LORD God came from nowhere, stood on nothing, and spoke everything into existence.” A brother from my church told me from a construction point of view, “God created everything from nothing and there was no waste.” God as we know is the Creator but do we really praise Him for that? When was the last time you looked at the world and understand what an Awesome God we serve?

This is a ‘note’ that I placed on Facebook. I have such a love for the Body of Christ because if baby and immature Christians are deceived by these heretical doctrines they will lift their eyes in Hell knowing that they were deceived and could have done something about it by just studying to show themselves approved to GOD.

For some time now I have been reading notes, blogs, status posts and the like and from what I have gathered the Cross of Christ has not been talked about nor has it been brought up, unless it got pass me. Now I haven’t read every one of your communiques but from what I have seen the Message of the Cross is not on a lot of you all’s hit list.

I have chosen you all because you are of the five-fold ministry and have chosen to give yourselves Christian sounding titles. If this reads like a rebuke, just wait until the end and make your mind up then. There have been a lot of heresies in the Church from the first century to now and because of the love that I have for the Church I can no longer allow certain unscriptural doctrines to go on without saying something.

I grew up with one brother and no sisters, and I am very protective of him. So now that I am a Christian, I have millions of brothers and sisters and this protective attitude has transferred to the Family of the Most. My love for the saints is paralleled to the apostles and the evangelists of the Bible; see the greetings of the Epistles for clarification.

The heretical doctrines that plague the Church today are more dangerous because the time of the return of the Lord is closer now than yesteryear. I could list these doctrines but I love y’all too much to call you out. The United States Treasury Department trains their Counterfeit Division in the most unusual way. They don’t show the agents a bunch of phony bills instead they make them study the real thing until the agents know the legal tender on first sight. Isn’t that funny, have you ever heard of counterfeits in other religions? Christendom is rifled through with these Christ imposters.

The Great Apostle Paul told the church in Corinth that he was afraid that the enemy would beguile them from the simplicity and purity of Christ. We missed up, God came down from Glory to clean it up, and all we have to do is believe in what He did was for us and we get to go up. What’s the hard part? Us, we are so hard- headed to the point that we feel like we have to add to Christ’s finished work on the Cross. He said ‘It is finished’.

The link I would like for you to go to is called “The Old Cross and the New” by A. W. Tozer from his book “Man: The Dwelling Place of God”. Now if you want to talk about rebuke, Tozer is not trying to make friend or win people over. He was what we use to call a ‘Fire and Brimstone’ preacher.

The LORD God did a lot prep work to get to the cross just for us to look at it and say “Nah?” The LORD separated an entire nation to show us types and shadows of what the Lord Jesus would come and do to bring us back into the Presence of the LORD. Genesis 3: 8, we ran from God and all He wants is for us to come back to Him. God allowed sinful mankind to nail Him to a cross just so we can come into His Presence. The Infinite One showed the finite one how He was going to do it and then He did it. Now all we have to do is have faith in what he did. Our leg work comes from the same place the Work comes from.

I love you all so much, it pains me beyond understanding to see the Cross just looked at and passed by because some don’t think there’s enough Power in it, so they add to it like God needs man to add to His Perfection. Please read ‘The Old Cross and the New’ and study the Word of God through the lens of Christ & Him crucified.

Looking at the Fall of Man in the Garden we see that man went against what God said. This is the problem we have to this very day we feel the need to go against what God said. Mainly because we think God is keeping some pleasure from us but in fact God is keeping us from a pleasure we can live without. God told man not to eat of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good & Evil, but because the serpent told Eve that God was keeping a piece of His Majesty from them, she heeded to his word and not the Word from God. Sound familiar? But on the contrary, God was keeping the experience of knowing more than we can handle. And as a resolute of this disobedience we have more knowledge than we can handle and we are temporarily out of the Presence of God.
Disobedience carries a terrible price. This price lays at our door step of mankind upon the birth, death. It’s like walking through a store and knowing we don’t have enough to pay for anything in it but we are steady putting items in the basket. And for meaning of us, we know that we just can’t stay in the store for life, at some point in time we have to check out.
The question on top of the question is: Have we every really thought how expensive the items are and all the items have the same price; death? But to answer the question, yes I do feel hemmed in by God commands. But I feel more hemmed in by the consequences disobedience brings. Beings though we don’t own anything, everything comes with price. The question at checkout line is; have you chosen your method of payment?
