The Anointed Stimulus & Health-Care Package Pt 3

While looking for the right words to explain how to seek God’s face, the LORD allowed me to go to a site that spoke to my heart. I went deep but I looked up and saw how shallow I was. To seek God’s Face is just to get into His Presence. The Blood of Jesus did the hard work, all we have to do is get all of the world weights off of us. Our own carnal mind stops us from seeking His Face because it stands at enmity towards the things of God. Read More

The Anointed Stimulus & Health-Care Package Pt 2

But before we jump on Israel’s back, let’s remember the last time we, Christian, forgot how good God was to us. I mean He got up on a cross to save us from OUR sins against Him. God MADE the way back to Him, made salvation a matter of faith, simple child-like faith, for us. Here’s where rubber meets the road; Can the unsaved people around us say that our God is the true and living God or a positive thinking guru with sugar daddy tendencies?

Here are four steps of true Bible Repentance: Humbling of Oneself, Praying, Seeking God’s Face, and Turning from ones evil ways. Read More

2 Chronicles 7: 12- 22

In the answering of Solomon’s prayer the LORD God gave the king a Word that is not to be taken lightly. We know that 2 Chronicles 7: 14 in one the Bible’s notable quotable, but we must not say it on the fly nor whim and think it makes us look more Christ-like because we can say it with some authority. Let us remember these are not just the Word of God but the Words from the mouth of the LORD God.

We must start off with King Solomon being pleased after he dedicated the temple and his palace to the LORD with much Praise & Worship and offering up burnt offerings to the God of Israel, verses 1- 11. From verse 12- 22 we have the LORD God giving a promise with a warning Read More

Grace or Law

Read Romans 6 & 7

Okay let’s get this straight from Jump Street, since we are in the very likeness of Christ’s death and in the likeness of His resurrection then we are free from the Law. If you are in the Law you are dead, remember all the Law can do is say that you are guilty or innocent. And since we ALL come horrible short of the Glory of the LORD, then we are all worthy of death. Get it down plain and straight, stop thinking that you can do something that God will look at and say okay to. Jesus said, “I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life, no man comes to the Father but by Me.” The way is the Cross, the truth is you got to die, and the life is He resurrected life, period. Galatians 3: 11, is clear, ‘no one is justified by the Law before God for the Just shall live by Faith.’ Not Law but Faith, you want God to say that you are justified then live in the Liberty of Christ.

All this talk about circumcision, if you thinking cut the foreskin of your Jimmy off makes you Holy, then cut the whole ’thing’ off and be real Holy, Galatians 5: 12. The custom of circumcision was for the Children of Israel to mark themselves for the rest of the mankind. And it WAS a shadow of Christ where as in He will cut off the part of all man that is not useful and from where dirt and disease, from the Flesh, can kill what is useful to make our future. Was that plain enough?

Before you go around telling people that we need the Law understand that the Law shows us how far we fall short of God’s Glory. But Christ, Who is the Glory of the Lord, shows us the way to God.

Hebrews 10: 1-18, spells out in beautiful language in which all can understand. Or if you are really dense; Christ Jesus on the Cross summed up 4000 years of the Levitical System of Worship. There are only two lines at the end of this existence we call life; you will be the line of the LAMB for your reward(Crown of Glory) or you the line of the White Throne of Judgment. Please for the love of God read Revelation 20: 11-15.

Law Or Grace

Exodus 32: 15- 29 is the story of when Moses caught the Children of Israel worshipping a golden calf right after the LORD GOD had given them the Law. The Priests, under the orders of Moses, killed 3000 Israelites because they still praise a false god. Acts 2 is about the Pentecost, when the Holy Spirit came upon the 120 that were in the upper and Peter preach a Word so strong that 3000 people gave their hearts to Lord Jesus. According to the Law~ kill them. But Grace calls for mercy and puts us in justified state with GOD.

The Law can not justify anyone, it wasn’t meant to, it was meant to show us that we can not live up to God’s Righteousness . Jesus Christ is the only man, born of a woman, that always and at every point followed the Law. The Lord Jesus is the Righteousness of God. That’s the main reason why GOD gave the Law, to show us that we can’t live up it. Think about it like this: thou shall not lie is one of the Ten Commandments that we break constantly but all we had to do is to break it once. One time breaking the law makes you a law breaker. Which make us forever out of the Presence of GOD. We see that Grace is more than just unmerited favor from God. It is God’s way of helping us to do what He has called us to do for Him and His Will.

John 8: 1- 11 is a perfect showing of God’s perfect love in this little woman that the Pharisees brought into the square after catching her in the act of adultery. By them bring her to Jesus they were trying to show how Jesus was against the enforcement of the Law. But Jesus showed them and all of us what grace really is. Okay you did it, no doubt about, but when you stand in front of the Master and your heart has true repentance in it, He will give you Grace. Not the full existent of the Law which we deserve but mercy from the Lord GOD who wrote the Law which we broke.

You can live by the Law or by Grace but you can’t live by both. You can not live by some laws that you have made for yourself because just like the Law that GOD made, we can’t live up to those. But all we have to do is live in the Light of Christ and let His Grace shine on us. The next time you say grace over your food, you might think about it a little differently.

God is great and God is good…
