While looking for the right words to explain how to seek God’s face, the LORD allowed me to go to a site that spoke to my heart. I went deep but I looked up and saw how shallow I was. To seek God’s Face is just to get into His Presence. The Blood of Jesus did the hard work, all we have to do is get all of the world weights off of us. But before we jump on Israel’s back, let’s remember the last time we, Christian, forgot how good God was to us. I mean He got up on a cross to save us from OUR sins against Him. God MADE the way back to Him, made salvation a matter of faith, simple child-like faith, for us. Here’s where rubber meets the road; Can the unsaved people around us say that our God is the true and living God or a positive thinking guru with sugar daddy tendencies?

2 Chronicles 7: 12- 22

In the answering of Solomon’s prayer the LORD God gave the king a Word that is not to be taken lightly. We know that 2 Chronicles 7: 14 in one the Bible’s notable quotable, but we must not say it on the fly nor whim and think it makes us look more Christ-like because we can say it with some authority. Let us remember these are not just the Word of God but the Words from the mouth of the LORD God.
